There is a difference between home audio equipment and professional equipment. A DJ's equipment should be designed to sound crisp at all listening levels as well as durable. Capital City Sounds uses the finest professional sight and sound equipment on the market today.
A professional DJ knows to keep the volume at a level appropriate for the guests. Capital City Sounds, we understand that there are times during your party that will require different levels of volume. We know that during the cocktail hour and at dinner-time, you and your guests should be able to talk to each other without having the music blaring in the background. Your DJ will play the appropriate background music during these times. But, you can be sure that when it comes to party-time, our DJ’s will motivate your crowd and have the dance floor rockin’ to all of the most popular songs of today, along with those favorites from previous time periods that may have special memories to go along with them. We will do our best to play to your crowd and make sure you and your guests have a great time at your event.

NO, We will keep the music playing all night.
Can we pick the music at our event?
Absolutely! Feel free to send us a list of anything want to hear. If we don’t have it we will either get it, or bring your own CD and we can play that on the night (just let us know be for hand)
Can we meet the DJ before we sign a contract?
Absolutely! We encourage you to set up the free consultation. If he is not going to be the DJ at your event (because you want a different DJ)
we can set up a meeting with the primary DJ who will be running your event.
